Kurangi nasi! :)

Hi!
Kali ini aku mau share my (almost) everyday breakfast hehe.
Udah hampir seminggu ini aku ngurangin makan nasi, bahkan sempet 3 hari gak makan nasi sama sekali.
Walaupun gak berdampak bgt sama berat badan tapi ngerasa badan lebih entengan aja sih hehe (halah) (sugesti)

Karena pagi hari adalah waktu terbaik untuk makan, secara lambung lagi bekerja giat-giatnya. Nah! Kalo gak makan suka laper, kalo makan suka sakit perut juga (?????)

Akhirnya ku menemukan makanan yang cukup untuk sarapan, menurutku sih saat pagi hari makan gaperlu banyak. Soalnya kalo kebanyakan juga perut suka gaenak hehe.

Dari segi gizi pun cukup baik, bisa dilihat di nutrition facts nya pada kemasan bagian belakang jadi aku gaperlu jelasin huehehe

Cara buatnya?
Yaampun sis mudah sekali, macam bikin susu.
Cuma perlu dikasih air panas secukupnya aja.

Kadang suka dapet omongan banyak sih
"Kenapa gak makan nasi?"
"Emang bisa gak makan nasi?"
"Ih belum makan itu mah kalo belum makan nasi"

Well, sebenarnya untuk kebutuhan karbohidrat gak selalu dari nasi. Pasti udah pada tau kan sumber karbohidrat banyak bgt. Kenapa banyak yang memiliki mindset kaya gitu?
Karena psikologisnya masyarakat Indonesia (kebanyakan) udah tertanam kalau gak makan nasi ya belum makan.

Mungkin terkadang kebutuhan kalorinya udah cukup dengan gak makan nasi tapi karena udah jadi kebiasaan, nambah lagi makannya pakai nasi. Berarti kalorinya kelebihan dong? Iya.
Kemana tuh larinya? Ya kalau gak beraktivitas/olahraga otomatis di jaringan lemak.
(iya, kaya aku jadi gendut)

Yuk mulai dari sekarang perhatikan kebutuhan kalorinya.
Kalau memang sudah cukup, gaperlu makan nasi lagi.
Inget ya sumber karbohidrat gak selalu nasi kok :)
Sekalian mengurangi dampak diabetes karea kandungan gula dalam nasi cukup banyak.

Kalau sakit, siapa yang susah?

Kalau sakit, siapa yang repot?

Kalau sakit, siapa yang rasa?

Because you're all that you have, no one even care. Belajar sayang sama diri sendiri  :)

Low point

Things get hard, maybe that's what supposed to be.
This is life, I know.
Sometimes when life brings me here I realize that the only thing I supposed to do is have in faith. Believe in Allah's plans. Pray, as much as I can.
I know, Allah miss me.
I know, Allah loves me.
Allah had a bigger plan than I ever had for my self.
This thoughts lead me to something big, complicated questions.
What happen after all of this thing? After everything I did in life? After every single thing I did in the past 18 years?
The only thing that can calm my thoughts and feeling is talk to God, cry within my silence, let destiny leads me to what Allah had created for me.
